The MTB Group of Funds
MTB Investment Advisors

MTB Investment Advisors, Inc. (MTBIA) is the investment advisor to the MTB Group of Funds. This means they manage and invest the money for the various mutual fund portfolios that make up the MTB Group of Funds.

In addition to managing money for the MTB Group of Funds, MTBIA manages investments on a separate account basis for corporations, not-for-profits, foundations, endowments, unions and municipalities. The MTB Group of Funds provides an accessible and affordable way for the individual investor to put the money management expertise enjoyed by institutional clients to work for them.

MTBIA began managing assets as a registered investment advisor in 1995, under the name Allied Investment Advisors, then a subsidiary of Allfirst Financial. Following the acquisition of Allfirst Financial by M&T Bank in April 2003, the current name, MTB Investment Advisors, was adopted.
